Ivory & Rhett are some of the kindest and most helpful/communicative hosts I've had the pleasure of engaging with. When my apartment flooded and I had to find alternate housing for a month during the repair process, I was grateful to call their beautiful space my temporary home for 4 weeks. The desk area in the 2nd floor bedroom served as a perfect office area for my work from home needs. The bed upstairs was comfy and I loved the rain shower in the primary bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking and my morning coffee game was definitely upgraded by the Nespresso pods & milk frother. As others have mentioned, the place was sparkling clean! Access to a washer+dryer, extra towels, ironing board, and blankets were all valuable for my extended stay. I appreciated the well-curated home guide supplied in advance which helped address common questions, and if needed, they were always a quick message away. I also loved walking the surrounding neighborhood. Thank you!

Great find for a last minute stay. Typical townhouse layout. lots of stairs, but worth the walk fornthe view on the 4th floor. Parking was tough on the back streets especially since we arrived late. Eventually found a spot and walk around the block to the home. Other than that a beautiful modern home. Thank Youfor letting Mr and my family stay!!!!

This spot was exactly what we were looking for when coming to visit family in Seattle. The location allowed us to do activities everyday and be super close to all our favorite food spots! Very nice inside and has AC for those hot summer months. The house guide is super easy to follow and gave us all the information we needed to have a seamless and easy stay. Overall a great spot!
