Sharing common space with the owners when home. For house rental - the 3 queen bedrooms upstairs allow for 6 adults, with a large couch on the main floor that allow for the extra 7th if need be. Main Floor: Full Kitchen & Laundry Large Main Room - consists of dining area, living room space, stone fireplace and library. Full Bathroom Entertainment room - large couch/chaise, tv, stereo room Sun Room/Breakfast Room - Also acts as main entrance. 2nd Floor: 4 beautiful bedrooms- 1 master w/ ensuite, 2 private bedrooms with shared full bathroom. All with new beds and quality linens. Owners private loft is also located upstairs. The 2 upstairs bathrooms are brand new and tastefully decorated by Jen, whose profession is in design. You will be very happy with the walk in rain showers and beautifully adorned fixtures. All Linens/towels are provided. On the property is also a work shop/drive shed and our magnificent signature Red Barn. These buildings are off limits currently, unless with 1 of the owners accompanying you for a tour. We will more than likely be working on/in one of them during your visit unless you have the place to yourself. The other buildings are strictly off limits for safety reasons. We also have a airstream trailer out of sight behind the barn that we both personally use or rent out. So if you are renting the house you may see us or guests using the driveway. The spaces are quite separate and out of sight of each other, you only share the driveway. Our back yard is a lovely space that you are encouraged to use. We have approx 3 acres for your use. The manicured acre has a large fire pit as well as a shoe pitt. Another acre of wild growth follows behind the yard. A short half km cut trail goes throughout and you are welcome to explore. Note this is shared with the Airstream people. You will see the Airstream world once you walk north of the big barn. Wildlife abounds, countless bird species, rabbits, turtles, snakes, millions of frogs have all been witnessed on property. Deer, coyotes and foxes have yet to be witnessed, but we know they are all here. A slice of country heaven perfectly located in wonderful PEC! Home & property are not child proof as such - sorry but a no kids policy is in effect.
