I really enjoyed my vacation at Maris Flat. She is a very helpful and kind person. Everything was clean and very easy to access. Her Cat Amy is one of the cutest Cats I met and made my Stay even more enjoyable. I can definitely recommend the accommodation at Mari´s apartment.

Mari was an excellent host and went above and beyond by taking care of every detail showing my stay. Great conversation, immaculately clean house and I couldn't have asked for anywhere better to stay. Amy, the friendly feline, is a total cutie too and kept me company during my stay at Mari's place.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had (and I had many!). Mari lives in a super clean and cozy apartment and she really takes care of all details. The building itself is modern and there are all needed things like supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. I felt like at home and could finally find some peace in an overall stressful business trip. A++++++ Do not listen to the other review & personal insults of the guest before me! He is acting in bad faith, and did not respect of having the opportunity to live in such a peaceful little oasis. None of what he is saying is true, in fact it is the total opposite.

Usually I am a very positive person, I don’t really like to write bad reviews or hurt someone. Unfortunately I didn’t feel comfortable or safe during my stay which has ended earlier than planned. I was enjoying my day outside in dubai to find a message from the host that she wanted to end my reservation. The host doesn’t have required permission to host in Dubai and the place is not legally registered with Dubai’s Department of Tourism & Commerce. Also the host lakes the basic skills to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed during their stay. On my weekend I was preparing to go out about 1 PM, I was already dressed and looking for transportation options on my laptop at 12:30. She came to me saying that I previously said I am working at office and coffeeshops “so why you still at home”???? On my weekend and at 1 PM!!!!! She repeated that airbnb stands for bed and breakfast only and I should be outside all day except at night to sleep and leave early morning. The place is extremely isolated and you won’t enjoy without a car, she does give you a free bus card but the bus always late and many times it comes full, so you will end up waiting another 30 to 45 mins extra waiting for the next and hoping it is not full - I never waited for a second bus, I always ended up hiring a taxi for a 40 min trip to city center- However that being said, I really wish her the best and that she solves her personal issues soon I understand living alone in a city with a cat and with no friends can cause depression sometimes and I hope that she finds a legal way to earn extra money and kill her off time doing something useful.
