My family and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to bake or cook, which made it excellent for longer stays. The place was clean and comfortable.

An awesome place to stay in Prescott! Far enough from downtown so it’s not very busy, but still only have 10 minutes away. Wendy is very responsive and helpful. Has a beautiful porch to enjoy the sunsets!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. I liked the binder with clear instructions for everything. The couch recliners were comfy. The bed was hard to get used to. It’s a number bed with memory foam. I would have preferred a regular bed. The other disappointment was that the microwave didn’t work. Other than that it was fine.

My husband and I wanted a little weekend getaway with our dogs. We currently moved from CA -> MT -> AZ and desperately needed a weekend away from work, flipping houses, moving all across the country. We landed Wendy's spot last minute so we could climb and get outside and away from our mobile devices for a day. Found Wendy's spot last minute and booked immediately after she responded back to my questions. We were not able to leave until late that night due to work conflicts but we eventually our way up to Prescott and it was such a nice and mellow drive from Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Wendy did send a very lengthy description on how to get there which was nice but after spending 15 minutes walking around the complex my husband and I were exhausted and could not understand where the unit was. Luckily, it wasn't too late so I tried called both the numbers provided and Wendy picked up (THANK YOU WENDY). To find the unit is a little tricky at night because you think you're walking on someones private patio which is completely foreign to us but her unit is tucked in the back and you do walk pass other people's units and front area where they sit and BBQ. The unit itself was perfect. Super cozy with Netflix ready tv, a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms. Our dogs loved it because they were all cozy in their crate while we got to escape for the day. a beautiful unit with every effort made towards comfort and convenience. The host is very quick to respond. The unit is in a Very quiet neighborhood... covered parking was a big plus as we had to pack to go home in the rain :-)
