Terence is a lovely and detail focused host. The place was a family home and is located in a quiet area on a spacious land plot. Perfect for a family or friends who like to hang out or go on local adventures without blasting money away on their accommodations.

Terrence was an excellent host and very responsive. First the pros: the common rooms were freshly painted and neat. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the comforter was wonderful on the master bed The location was wonderful access to great beaches and restaurants. The cons: the washer and dryer are located in the basement. To get to them you have to go outside, around the back of the house, and down concrete steps into the cellar/basement. No banister. The other issue was the bathroom. It needs a deep clean and the wallpaper definitely needs to be replaced with the walls simply painted or wallpaper replaced. While the bathroom is typical in size for a house of this age, it was very difficult for a person with limited mobility to navigate. That said, it was a nice stay at Terrence’s house.
