Andrea's place was ideal for the two of us! It's located in a quiet neighborhood but is close to many restaurants and stores. Very clean. Andrea was very responsive to our questions and comments. If we're ever in Charlotte, we'd love to stay there again.

Andrea, was an excellent host! I appreciate her working out the parking for my over sized vehicle. Very responsive, and was an excellent place to stay while traveling through! Highly recommend!!!

Andrea & Mike were AMAZING hosts. I could write a super long review on how perfect the place was, how easy it was to check in, the cleanliness, the quietness, etc. - but just look at how many people have stayed there.. and look at how high their rating is. In general, people are BRUTAL when it comes to ratings, but yet Andrea's & Mike's is incredibly high. That's very telling of how great of a job they do. I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in town!

This was my second time staying at Andrea’s place, and it was great! I highly recommend this stay. It is very cozy and comfortable, and Andrea is a wonderful host.

We just love Andrea's place. She's so friendly and responsive, and we find the space to be extremely comfortable and conveniently located. Sunswept Suites is our little oasis when we visit family in Charlotte!
