So old and so poorly maintained, felt like checking into a haveli. Nothing was working. Entire room had only 1 socket working. Most bulbs are fused or too dim. Mattresses are the worst. Even the linen was centuries old.

I just love visiting Savoy. I specifically want to highlight services offered by Mr Mohammad Ali and Naresh in the kitchen area as they were outstanding. And just had this friendly demeanor about them that made us all happy. This can’t be an easy job but you make it look easy! We loved the food and the ambience here. When it comes to their food: Everything is of supreme quality and prepared freshly! Every time I visit Savoy, I am greeted with joyful smiles from an excellent staff starting from the reception who goes above and beyond for the needs of their guests. Mr Harsh, the manager of the hotel never fails to check on us. He is an absolute professional. Susheel, you are an amazing host without a doubt and thank you for all that you do. I am going to see you all again!
