Relatively new apartment, clean but unfortunately soulless. Very flat pillows, no air conditioning which is problematic in a town that gets warm, and unfortunately facing a public playground that is loud from 7am to 12am every day. Bouncing balls, children playing, street sweepers sweeping, etc. Not conducive to sleeping unless you use earplugs and perhaps a sound machine. I would not stay here again. On the positive, it is a decent central location, though not as charming as we found the Centro area to be. It includes a parking space in the building, but the instructions to finding the spot are atrocious. Someone from the management company should provide a map showing where to find the parking spot, and critically, the elevator to go up and back down to the spot. The parking area seems to have been designed by MC Escher.
