Jennifer was excellent and her property is beautiful. She was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions or requests. It was excellent that they provided linens, towels, all kitchen necessities and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This made it much easier to pack. We had 14 people (all ages) and were easily able to accommodate everyone. It was great that she had toys for the kids! The full bathrooms are in bedrooms, so some people had to wait for others to wake up before showering and also use the downstairs bathrooms at night time. Overall, I would recommend this property. It is a great space with a beautiful pool and a lot of privacy. We didn’t have time to use the hiking trails on the property- maybe next time!

Great stay! My girls and I used this place for my bachelorette and it was perfect! The place was nice and clean. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had! Overall perfect stay!

This home is beautiful, priced well for the location and had so many amenities. It was perfect for a girls weekend for ten. The host was an absolute marvel. I reached out to her various time prior to check in with questions and recommendations and she came though with great ideas, patience and flexibility. The girls literally could not stop raving about how beautiful and peaceful the house is too. The pool is lovely, there were plenty of sleep options for everyone, and everything was pristine and clutter free. Do tenants live downstairs? Yes- but I couldn’t tell as they did not make a peep and we did not see them at all. We were respectful, however, considering. We would definitely book here again for a large group without hesitation. The location also can’t be beat. Don’t hesitate to book it. Thank you again!

Jennifer's place was beautiful and perfect for my bachelorette party for 10 girls! Each of us had our own beds and we did not have any issues with sharing the 2.5 bathrooms. Jennifer informed me that one of the bathrooms would be out of service for the weekend (taking it from 3.5 to 2.5 baths), and refunded me a fair amount to compensate us for the missing bathroom. We unfortunately were not able to find the switch to turn on the pool slide, but still had a great time in the pool nonetheless. The sprinklers came on and soaked all our towels, but it turned into a funny story that we all laughed about. We enjoyed our stay with Jennifer and would revisit!
