My sister and I rented Turnbridge Manor for our Mom's 70th birthday weekend. The house is charming with lots of history and the bedroom layout worked perfectly for our group of 6 women. My mom and her friends each took one of the bedrooms upstairs while my sister and I shared the large downstairs suite. Furniture, bedding, and linens were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed lounging by the fireplace. That being said, the fireplace wasn't necessary for keeping warm as the heat was keeping up just fine despite it being a large old house. Location is central to historic Denton. We enjoyed strolling down the street to enjoy cocktails at Caroline's Table. Afi was friendly, responsive, and accommodating both before and during our visit. She even helped us find a local private chef to cook us dinner at the house on Saturday evening. The chef found it very easy to work in the large professional kitchen. We hope to visit Turnbridge Manor again, perhaps in the warmer months to enjoy the waterfront!

I highly recommend this Airbnb! This house was the perfect spot for a weekend away for 5 friends. Bedrooms were cozy and well decorated. The historic house so much fun to explore, filled with pieces of the historic past and with many different areas to seat. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and there was a whole second room with amazing serving dishes/cake stands/platters for a high tea party we put together. We’d love to return when the weather is nicer to really appreciate the outdoor space. Afi was very helpful and responsive! Thank you!

Afi was very responsive. We were very comfortable and found everything we needed. There were lots of little touches. The sheets and pillows were good quality.
