It is in an urban area and gentrification is taking place in the city.*****To avoid confusion please look at the neighborhood map provided on this page CAREFULLY. You can do your own research using GPS as to whether our neighborhood is the right fit for your trip.
The Downtown Medical District Area is currently undergoing revitalization and many of the homes and businesses in the surrounding neighborhoods are in the process of being rebuilt. Expect a few imperfections here and there as the city continues to improve.
The home is in an URBAN setting and sits next to Paine College. The area is being gentrified. If you are not comfortable in this setting and location there are many more options away from Downtown.
Before you book be aware that there are cameras on the property and any blockage, tamper or moving cameras automatically forfeits deposit and subject to immediate cancellation.

Public transportation is available within walking distance. Hospitals are within 2 block walking distance.. However, Uber or Lyft are your best bet to access the city.
