Enjoy a peaceful stay in a house full of love and simplicity, in which the view of the countryside and a fully equipped kitchen will accompany your every day. Our house is thought for the best experience of confort and tranquility. Our beautiful flowers will make you smile, and you'll have the best sleep in our sweet clean beds. Be ready to enjoy all of the small nice details what we have prepared for you. It is an ecological house, with a guadua roof structure, bahareque traditional construction walls and compressed earth brick blocks, as well as a facade and wooden windows built in a spanish colonial style, rescuing the typical historical architecture of the municipality. It also has a front and side corridor in stoneware appearance floors, a side wooden deck with chambrane, a rear space with a small table and a garden, and also a large green space around it with flowers and fruit trees. The house has a solar-type water heating system, and a rainwater collection and reuse system. The space has a large front and side parking for several vehicles. The interior is spacious, with a pleasant living room made up of two large guadua furniture sofas. It also has a small wooden and colorful dining room with four typical wooden chairs, and a fully equipped small kitchen with an island, and a dor to the back of the house. There is also a separate clothing area with cleaning supplies, a laundry room and a washing machine. The two rooms are medium in size and have large closets and good space for storing clothes and belongings. The social bathroom is spacious, with a mirror, sink, glass cabin and an ecological toilet, as well as the main bathroom, which is much larger and also includes space to store belongings. The main room has a window that gives access to the back of the house where you can take advantage of a small rest area with table and chairs.

Writing this review in noisy, polluted Medellin….. we feel really sad about leaving the blue house on the hill, the view, the wildlife and the total serenity. The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything you need to live very comfortably. Daniel and his family were fantastic hosts, and were always available when needed. Honestly cannot praise this place highly enough. Book without hesitation!
Fue mas de lo que esperábamos! Excelente comunicación con Daniel, siempre estuvo pendiente de todo. La casa es espectacular, limpia, amplia y acogedora. Tiene absolutamente todo lo que uno necesita. Todos los electrodomésticos, artículos de la cocina y la cama están nuevos (super comoda por cierto). Siempre nos sentimos como en casa. En verdad no se puede encontrar una mejor vista e ubicación. 100% recomendado!!
Es ist ein fantastisches Haus mit einem atemberaubend schönem Ausblick auf El Jardin und die Berge. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100%. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf dem schönen Balkon zu essen oder einfach nur den Ausblick zu genießen. Die Umgebung ist privat und ruhig. Die Küche bot alles, was man für eine Familie benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Kinder liebten die Hängematte auf dem Balkon am meisten. Es war an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht (wie eine Regenschirm für alle Fälle oder bereitstehendes Wasser). Alles war sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Unseren Wagen konnten wir direkt vor der Tür parken. Bis zur Stadt sind es jedoch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, falls man ohne Wagen unterwegs ist. Man kann sich aber auch einfach ein Tuktuk nehmen. Die Stadt selbst sowie die ganze Umgebung sind absolut einen längeren Besuch wert. Wir wären so gern noch geblieben. Denn was uns am meisten begeistert hat, war unser Host Daniel. Er gab uns so viele Tipps für die Umgebung, Unternehmungen und die besten Plätze in der Stadt. Es war für uns eine ganz besondere Zeit, fast wie Familie. Wir sagen von Herzen danke und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Un lugar MÁGICO, muy cerca del parque pero con la sensación de estar en medio del campo. Definitivamente recomendado para las personas que aman la naturaleza y la desconexión. La limpieza excelente! Daniel siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a brindar la mejor experiencia! Seguro volveremos!

The neigborhood is very calm and mostly empty. Neighboors come by from time to time on their vacations, others already live most of their time here, but as the place is not still full of houses, you rarely hear people or cars. We love the freshness of the air here, also the closeness to the back forest and mountains. We love to watch the beautiful sunsets ad electrical storms that pass by the horizon. The Farallones del Citará are one of the most marvellous chains of mountains that we have in Colombia, and you can see them allmost all days. We love the rainy climate of our town, as it helps us to sleep peacefully and stay at home relaxing and sharing a good time. The place is very close to town and very well situated.
You can take a tuk tuk, walk or drive up from the park, by the main road to Riosucio, after passing the municipal pool and turn left just after the right turn near it. You wait to contact me and then take the private entrance there and turn left at the first and second intersections, going up to the highest houses and finally arriving at the #12 blue and white house, where you can park your car.
