Enjoy a private haven steps from the beach, Golden Gate Park, public transport and cute restaurants and shops! Our sunny and spacious, newly renovated apartment includes living and bedroom space, sleeps 4 and comes with its own entrance, free street parking, and a beautiful backyard & patio. The large, light-filled bedroom includes a work space, mini kitchenette, and en suite, newly refinished bathroom. Our comfy queen size bed comes with a brand new mattress, premium bedding, plenty of shelving space, and a large closet with hangers. Our mini kitchenette includes a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave for your basic kitchen needs. Please note: this is not a full kitchen. French doors leads to a private patio and large, lush backyard, with plenty of seating and dining space, a trampoline for kids, and a fire-pit. The bathroom has a spacious shower with rainfall shower-head, toilet, sink and vanity, and plush towels. The bedroom leads to a cosy living room, with a large comfy couch, which opens up into a second queen sized bed. A large screen TV with Netflix, Hulu and Nintendo Switch video games for hours of entertainment. This room contains a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. This stunning retreat is accessed through a shared garage space, and offers it's own secure entrance and complete privacy.

Great place to stay in SF, very convenient to Golden Gate Bridge and downtown (via public transportation). Kitchenette was smaller than anticipated, but worked out since we ate out anyway. Private yard was great and my kids were thrilled with the access to a trampoline! We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and contemporary. High quality linens. Gorgeous shower. Very nice desk for remote work. WiFi worked well. Mini refrigerator, coffee machine and a few snacks provided. Back yard is beautiful. Minor foot noise from the upper floor on weekday mornings. Peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend.
Our family spent a week in San Francisco over the holidays and loved our time staying at Leanne's place in Outer Sunset. The apartment is clean and modern and fairly spacious. The backyard is big and nicely landscaped. Outer Sunset and this location in particular is a great neighborhood to stay in when visiting SF. It's quieter than being closer into town, but it's still very much in the city and close to lots of cool shops and restaurants as well as the west end of Golden Gate park and Ocean Beach. If you have a car finding nearby parking isn't hard and if you don't the Muni train is literally around the corner. We'll be back when we return to SF.
Great place to stay. Backyard superb for pets. Very clean. Modern, updated and decorated nicely. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and local small grocery stores. Close to beach AND Golden Gate Park! Loved this place!
