Stunning property very well located in Menorca for excellent value and en suites in most rooms. Despite a challenge with our Airbnb luxe representative (not the Owners fault), Frances was quick at communicating to rectify the initial issue and was prompt at responding when we faced an issue at the property. Overall a great stay with all the amenities you could think of.

The villa is wonderful. Had everything we needed and the communication was excellent from our host. This is the perfect place and the house is well equipped for a group holiday.

The house was beautiful and they have thought of everything. The view and sunset each evening was glorious. Only 15 mins from the airport and 10 mins from Mahon, so very easy to go into town. Plenty of local supermarkets, restaurants and several lovely beaches close by. We were a group of 10 ladies who go away together every year and have done so for 20 years. This was most definitely the best house we have rented. None of us wanted to leave and we will most definitely be back again very soon. Thank you Frances and Tom for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This was our second time to this beautiful villa. It has changed hands since we last last visited in 2021 but it remains just as beautiful and serene. The pictures are an accurate representation of the villa and it will blow you away. It is extremely well thought out; from the layout of the interior, with spacious and well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, the lovely decor, equipment available, the inside and outside space, the massive pool… the list goes on. It instantly makes you feel relaxed as you walk through the door. We travelled as two families of 5 with 6 children and our mother in tow and again appreciated the space and luxury feel this villa gives. Thanks Frances for enabling us to return and allowing to enjoy those gorgeous sunsets again. Hopefully there will be another return visit one day! X

Hem estat molt a gust, la casa és bonica, cómoda, amplia i la zona del jardí i piscina molt agradable. Els nostres néts s'ho han passat molt bé. L'entorn molt tranquil i es respira pau, l'únic que se sent son els cants del ocells i galls.
