UNIQUE OCEAN FRONT DUPLEX: Interior connecting door gives easy access to 2 full kitchens, 4 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms with 12 beds, 2 full living and dining areas, 2 fireplaces, 2 decks, 2 barbeques, multiple TVs, and 2 laundries. The upper and lower units can be separated with locked doors, or open to share the space. Dogs are welcome with a 2-dog max per level. Private hot tub, yard, firepit and parking when renting entire house. WORK FROM HOME: You can work from home anywhere. Why not Yachats where spectacular views, crashing waves, and changing tides await you from this ocean front property. EV CHARGING: We have a Level 2, standard 4 prong, 220 volts, shared exterior outlet, for guest's private use. Bring your own 4 plug adapter, if needed. The experience of being so close to the waves crashing on the lave rocks you can feel it through your body was not what I was expecting. The view from the house or sitting on the deck put you right in the middle of that experience. If you want a sand beach, walk down the road a short distance and your at a sandy beach for a walk. The walking trails and even the town itself is a short walk from the house. Yachats was a wonderful experience, the people are kind and neighborly. To me the house was just a vessel for the experience. We rented both levels for the month of October. Everything was supplied for me to cook for a large amount of people. Any issues that came up Duke was there to help. We had a dryer go out and the oven was working funny, but they were looked into. The beds could be a little more comfortable and the hot tub worked half the time we were there, but they replaced it on our last week, but it needed wired up. It was nice when it was available.

We discovered Yachats 17 years ago and fell in love with the town, the ocean and the rocky coast. We have been coming back ever since and plan to retire here. In the meantime we love sharing our oceanfront home with others.
