Hi, Our major problem with this property was the foul smell and dampness we experienced as soon as we entered the room. The floor in the living and bathroom also felt a bit sticky. We communicated our concerns to the host as well and he initially said he will send someone over or do something about it. But after repeated follow ups we were told that there is nothing they could do and its very typical of florence to smell like this. I feel if that was the case then it should be very clearly written in the description so the person booking knows what to expect and is not left with a surprise. Since we had a 1 year old with us and it was not a chance we wanted to take and had to leave the next day. The location is good. But no place to park to unload your luggage. Again this the host needs to proactively communicate. Entrace to the building is inconvenient. With stroller and a baby it is a huge problem.

Extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night. Could barely sleep for both nights due to extremely hot and humid room. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Location is walkable to everything but rough neighbourhood. We were told someone would bring us the AC remote and not only did they not show up they were unresponsive to messages (it was 30degrees outside). Extremely disappointed for the price we paid.

Appartamento spazioso, ordinato e attinente alle foto, purtroppo localizzato in una zona a mio avviso meno sicura di altre. Letto molto comodo.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man ist extrem schnell an den wichtigsten Spots von Florenz ung gleich im Geschehen. Die Wohnung liegt allerdings im 1. Stock und es ist sehr dunkel. Außerdem ist es recht feucht, da wenig Sonne in die Wohnung kommt. Da wir eine kleine Tochter haben wollten wir auch ab und an zu Hause kochen, aber das hat wegen der Dunkelheit dann nicht für uns gepasst. Wir waren im April da und es war schon etwas kalt in der Wohnung. Leider konnten wir die Fernbedienung für die Heizung nicht finden und haben keine Antwort erhalten. Im Badezimmer ist die Schiebetüre ausgehängt (kaput?) gewesen. Der Host hat dies beim Checkin einfach ignoriert u ist nicht darauf eingegangen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Für uns war es trotzdem etwas zu dunkel und kühl.
