SCAM! hotel does not answer phone! TERRIBLE SERVICE! When we arrived after 12 hours we came in a rough looking street where the hotel was located. No parking. Guy at the desk of the hotel was the worst! Rude, smelly and sweaty, not helpful, just aweful. Then he told us we had no booking! When I tried to contact the host he did not answer. When I contacted air bnb they gave up as well and canceled my booking and returned my money. There I was with three kids and no hotel. SCAM! Watch out

We had a nice evening but there was some mould in the shower and the couch where the pull-out is kind of dirty on the arms so not so nice to sleep in between. There is nothing to use in the kitchen, not one pot or utensil which I think can be rented with a deposit? but this wasn't made very clear. There was not a bottle opener and not one available from the concierge either. The staff was nice and the location also though it was a little bit noisy in the evening possibly from another group having a bit of a party in the building.
