Chris was so responsive and very accommodating. Check in instructions made it a breeze and the unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed, and then some. The coffee station, was such a nice touch. The unit was exactly as described, we couldn't ask for more. The property was really nice, sand with chairs and tiki umbrellas for shade, the pool which is very clean. Sunset that can't be beat!! The Big Bamboo Bayside is a great place to get cocktails, beer and food, the staff is very friendly as well. I definitely be going back!

We had a lovely weekend at the condo. Chris made sure our stay was great. The pictures don't do justice, we loved our view.

Highly recommend booking Chris’s place. He is a fantastic host, and the space is wonderful. We loved the beautiful view from the unit, relaxing on the balcony, the pool, sunset on the deck with live music, tasty drinks from the pool bar, and the general vibe of the resort. Chris was an excellent communicator. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Tampa.

Nice & clean condo. As described. Few board games if you need to pass some time. Fire pit at sunset was awesome! Chis is a great communicator & really prepped us for our visit with his cool video. Not a lot to do within walking distance so be ready to Uber or rent a car.
