This studio is an ideal base for beach lovers and sun seekers alike. Next to the Rio Formosa Nature Reserve and overlooking the river, beaches and sea is the Golden Club. This beach resort boosts 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, gym, full entertainment programme (peak season), restaurant, bars, 24hr reception, private boat transfers to the long stretched golden beach. This penthouse studio apartment, on the grounds adjacent to the beach resort allows guests to opt in and out of activities as they wish. Cabanas fishing village is a few minutes stroll with its restaurants, bars, cafes & shops. This is the most perfect penthouse studio for a couples holiday. The sleeping area is a high quality sofa bed in the living area, which is easily retracted to allow for living space when not in use and access to the large roof terrace. The mattress is a good quality firm mattress, which suits most of our guests needs. However there is also a good quality mattress topper stored in the wardrobe, should some guests wish to have a softer surface to sleep on. The space has air conditioning - important in high season! The bathroom is small, but functional - toilet, wash hand basin with storage and a wash room styled shower. The biggest appeal of this space is the marvellous 33 square metre roof terrace which leads directly from the studio space via large patio doors. It provides the most breath taking views of the Ria Formosa, Cabanas Island and the sea. Ideally located within this beach resort, the beach boat to Cabanas Island (free of charge for guests), the quaint fishing village of Cabanas de Tavira and all the beach resort facilities are within walking distance in minutes. This studio apartment is an ideal retreat for the couple/family. However we find many guests use it as a base for Grandparents who accompany their children and grandchildren who stay in a larger accompanying apartment. This space is a one room apartment/flat. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a dinner table for up to 4 persons. The foldable Bed-Sofa is carefully chosen to provide comfort to sit in, but also to sleep in. A 50" 4K-TV with very good picture and access to over 100 TV-channels. A stereo system for radio, CD's or Bluetooth connection to mobile give you ability to enjoy music while relaxing inside or out at the wonderful large terrace. The apartment has Free WIFI access. VERY IMPORTANT : At present we are working on one technical issue which we cannot guarantee will be resolved for the upcoming season. The 4-ring hob and oven cannot be used at the same time. Currently the fuse can not handle that amount of power. We apologise in advance for this, and the possible inconvenience of this is allowed for in the rental prices.
