Wake up to the chorus of birds singing before a short, 5 minute stroll to the boulangerie for your daily bread and croissants. Enjoy your breakfast on the sun drenched balcony overlooking the tree tops and the magnificent 12m saltwater pool. This is the perfect property in the perfect setting. Ideally situated in the heart of Saint Ybard which includes a boulangerie, cafe, restaurant and grocery store. Spacious and bright, accommodating up to 6 people in the 3 upstairs bedrooms which are complemented by a large bathroom. The raised ground floor offers the kitchen and open-plan dining area. Floor to ceiling glass doors open up to the gorgeous balcony. A small office and second toilet with basin complete this level. The lower ground level includes the living areas. Relax on the couch to watch TV or, if the night is chilly, read a book by the wood burner fire place. From here, French doors open up to the covered terrace, the garden and pool.

The most beautiful house in an idyllic area. Everything was spot on, it’s as it appears in the pictures. Great communication. We were sad to leave!

We are just back from a lovely holiday at Dino's place. We arrived to a spotless villa, on a quiet residential street. Everything had been thought of and provided. This is one of the most well equipped houses we have ever stayed in, with very comfortable beds. Everyday we spent time in the saltwater pool which is amazing and not overlooked at all. We were never out of it! The village is small but has plenty of amenities (including a great cheese van on Friday mornings). There is a petanque ground next to the villa, alongside a small lake. Nearby is a pretty waterfall, well worth a visit. Uzerche has everything else you might need. Dino, Kirstie and Scott are the kindest and friendliest hosts we have met. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. We had excellent communication from them all - including recommendations, help and advice. We are looking forward to returning one day.

Het was een zeer leuk verblijf. Authentiek huisje en zeer groot zwembad. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. De omgeving was heel mooi, alleen met kinderen is het al gauw een uur rijden om iets van stadje met wat activiteiten of winkels te vinden. De adverteerders waren geweldig. Communicatie is uitmuntend! Bij elke vraag krijg je snel een antwoord. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Superb house in a quiet and private location in St Ybard, a few mins from Uzerche. Roomy and we’ll equipped on 3 levels. With a good sized enclosed and private garden and lovely big pool. Hosts provided excellent communications and local recommendations. A really fabulous find for a week’s stay with our two large dogs. Would definitely recommend.

This would be my idea of a perfect villa. Total privacy, peaceful, very nice inside, great pool and garden with lovely dining areas. It is the added bonus of being in a village so amenities on your doorstep if needed. The hosts were great and very accommodating. I definitely would love to come back!

Saint Ybard is a gorgeous little French village of only a couple of hundred people yet it has everything you need - a boulangerie, a cafe/bar, a restaurant and even a little grocery store that is exceptionally well stocked with French wine! Your house is only a 5 minute walk from the village centre but on the edge of the gorgeous countryside. Behind the property is a lake that sits in front of the open countryside. You only have neighbours on one side. Tranquility and privacy are assured.
As pretty as Saint Ybard is and as tempting as it is to spend you days poolside, you will want to explore the region. 10 minutes away is the beautiful, historical town of Uzerche - La perle du Limousin. Here you will find all the amenities you need including supermarkets and petrol. Of course there's also lots of cafes and restaurants from which you can take in the architecture the town is famous for. For more serious shopping, Limoges and Brive are 30 minutes away. Le Correze is dotted with beautiful villages and towns each offering you a typical french experience. Further south are the tourist magnets of Sarlat and Rocamadour, in the Dordogne Valley.
