Casa Luna is a family-oriented luxurious ranch located at the top of the mountain surrounded by lush green views of the hills where you can gather a group of friends and family. We can host 20 guest in total Our rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern amenities that include: private bathrooms, shower with hot water, clean linens and towels, lamps, high ceilings and natural light. Our place is confortable, cozy and with good taste in decoration and architecture, perfect for families. Casa Luna was designed by a local architect and inspired by 18th century design. Using a rare and luxurious construction method called “tapia pisada” or “rammed Earth,” the house has been constructed with an ancestral technique that has been diminishing over the years. This technique involves a mixture of clay, sand, and straw that creates a composite material that is durabl e and moisture absorbent. In addition to its beauty and durability, this traditional building method reduces waste by using only what is available in nature. Our property features a communal outdoor and indoor kitchen and dining space, a rustic BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals or family style dinners, Wi-Fi throughout the whole house, and a small laundry room for your use. In the inside, you can relax on the couch in our communal living room enclosed with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the spectacular views, watch your favorite show on the 75” smart tv with over 100 international channels, an electric fireplace, plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained, a smaller cozy living, a spa and massage area, and an office for those digital nomads. In the outside, you will find walking trails with young citrus trees and coffee and Cocoa plants, a salt water heated hydro-pool with massage jets, a giant resting net and hammocks overlooking the spectacular views of the hills, and a fire pit for those chilly nights. At Casa Luna, we know that traveling isn't just about seeing new places—it's about feeling like you belong in them as well. That's why we've created this relaxing community space where everyone can unwind and feel at home regardless of where they are from or who they are staying with. That’s the magic of Casa Luna.

Tiene unas vistas increíbles y tanto adentro como afuera Los espacios agradables y bien cuidados. muchas actividades en los alrededores para hacer, cerca a San Gil y Curiti para comprar o salir a comer. una estancia inolvidable.
This place is amazing for a getaway from the city. The check in was easy and everyone was so helpful. We didn’t have a car so the owner arranged to have her sister pick us up from the bus station and take us to the house. The rooms are big and comfy and bathrooms are clean. Kitchen is beautiful with all the amenities you might need. Highly recommend to everyone

We wanted to thank Ginna for an amazing experience in her home, Casa Luna. This was our first vacation as a big group since the pandemic started and the home was perfect for all 7 of us. The bedrooms are a very good size and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to hang out in different areas and the kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed and more, plus it was so nice to take a shower in hot water. The views from the house are breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It was such a relaxing time for all of us. We loved the location as well. Although it seemed far from San Gil it was only a 10 min drive. There’s a small store walking distance from the house that sells everything! It was a huge convenience! We walked all over the Zamurano mountain and felt very safe. Ginna recommended we spend a day at the natural pools of Pescaderito in Curiti - a short drive from the home. The natural pools were beautiful. The further you continue hiking, the more pools you see. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a great price. We will be coming back.

Our property is very close to San gil and Curiti towns, probably 10 minutes to Curiti and 15 min to San Gil downtown.
nternational travel: Fly into Bucaramanga/ Palo Negro Airport, take a taxi to the bus terminal, and take the bus route to “San Gil” and get off at the “Ramal de Curiti”, from there we can assist in coordinating transportation for the short 10min drive to Casa Luna. This is a transited road and the roads are well-maintained.
By car from Bogota:
We are 15mins from San Gil via Bucaramanga. There are billboards on the road with indication to the entrance to bottom of the mountain.
Rules:
No pets, no smoking, no loud music after 10pm, no unregistered additional guests, no re-arranging furniture. Please follow pool rules posted at the pool area. Please follow the safety protocols at the resting net. Audio and video recording for commercial use is not permitted on the property without authorization from management.
