Relax with the whole family at this spacious place to stay. Close to the town centre and surrounded by mountains, it is the perfect base for nature and sport lovers. The house is within a quiet internal courtyard, with private parking (front patio). It offers a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a cosy living room with sofa bed. The bathroom has a newly fitted washer-dryer. To note, the heating system is a pellet (wood) burner only, and so rentals are in spring, summer or early autumn. A rustic but spacious house, featuring three bedrooms - a master bedroom with terrace, a double bedroom and a single bedroom with bunk beds. Sleeps a total of 6 people. Washer-dryer machine, TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi available.

This was our second stay at Viviana's darling mountain house. We feel right at home, and our family (with a big age range - 18, 12, and 3) feels very comfortable in the home. There is space for us to get some private time and lots of family time together. Viviana is the quintessential host, with lots of friendly advice and excellent amenities at the house to help you get settled in right away. We arrived right before Easter, and the grocery stores would be closed for the next couple of days, so she made sure we had plenty of staples at the house so we would have what we needed for meals and not have to dash to the store. The house is perfectly located at the base of the Dolomites and Alps, and Maniago has gorgeous mountain views from every direction. Eager to explore and experience the region, we find Maniago to be the ideal jumping-off place to experience the gorgeous Fruilian region. Viviana's is great to enjoy the local wine, restaurants, and warm people that Maniago has to offer!
Viviana's was perfectly suited to our family of 5, particularly for our 2 year old. We immediately felt at home and didn't have to worry about breakables. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare family meals. The location is so peaceful and a beautiful place to explore the region. I could have easily stayed there for a month or longer!!

Iniziamo col dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo e a settembre se possibile ci ritorneremo.!! La casa e' esattamente come viene descritta, comoda e ha soddisfatto esattamente le nostre esigenze. Gentilissima la Sig. Viviana ,pronta ad ogni nostra piccola richiesta. Ringraziamo anche la Sig. Danila (mamma di Viviana) che ci accolto come fa una vera padrona di casa .Inoltre vorrei aggiungere che è comodissima al centro Maniago (3 minuti a piedi)che offre tutti i servizi ,Maniago è una cittadina molto carina e comoda .Abbiamo passato quasi 2 mesi come essere a casa nostra. Hello, my name is Viviana. I've been living in London with my partner, Michael, since 2011, after almost 10 years of working abroad. This March 2016, we've been joined by our beautiful son, Matteo :)! Here are five things that I really like: - All types of cuisine, Italian regional, Spanish, Greek, Persian, Japanese, Thai etc etc. I am a pescatarian, which means I do not eat meat but I do eat fish. - I like movies, especially the series of Lord Of The Rings, and in fact anything which is sci-fi, like Star Trek, and reading novels in the same genre. - I love languages and speak fluent Italian, French, English and Spanish. I also studied German and Arabic, and would love to study Portuguese and Chinese, if I have the time. - I like to travel and have travelled extensively in Europe and in the Middle East and Africa, as well as parts of South America, and would like to visit Japan. - I like running, and have run a couple of half-marathons. My son keeps me busy - especially now that he started to crawl! - but I would like to start running regularly again, and plan to run a full marathon next year.
