About a 10 min walk to everything, and a 20 min walk to the beach. The house was really clean on arrival and the kitchen had the basics. The beds were really comfortable, which is what we needed after a tiring day! The host was quick to respond to queries even late at night.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Initially perfect, but disappointment followed. Severe damp issues, long-term damage in key areas—entrance, ground floor and 1st-floor bedrooms, the latter being the worst with overpowering damp smell, black mold, and peeling paint. Lower floor bathroom had issues—half-attached toilet seat, non-water-tight shower screen, and evident lack of cleanliness. Coffee machine dirt highlighted ongoing damp problems. Used dehumidifier; started at 90% humidity. Worst part: someone locked in the bathroom due to door handles falling off, indicating long-term neglect. Boiler worked but had a service signal, raising doubts about yearly checks for gas safety. In my opinion, the property lacked the expected rental cleanliness standard. High humidity, black mold, and damp pose potential safety risks, requiring rectification for standard rental conditions.

Me and my 2 friends had a fab stay here. Beds were super comfy and we got extra hand towels for bathrooms delivered in a flash! Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
