Lindo depa y tiene todo lo necesario. *HURACAN OTIS : YA CONTAMOS CON LUZ y AGUA. The LOCATION is a 15 minute drive to the beach plus you get to live and experience a REAL cultural Airbnb experience. You can’t walk to thee beach, but you can take one of hundreds of cheap taxis /cabs outside the complex. The location is good for the price. This is My ACAPULCO Micro Beach Pad. I encourage you take the time and read ALL the details to this condo -- so you can make the BEST decision for yourself, and decide if this is the right place for you. Also, please be mindful that the U.S. has issued a travel warning to and from Acapulco: it is real and it affects all our neighborhoods. Also, please do not book this place if you are expecting a 5 star hotel experience. We have a great condo and we love what we offer, but book a 5 STAR Hotel... for a 5 STAR experience. The reviews speak about our 10 year relationship with hundreds of our AIRBNB visitors... and more than 90 % positive reviews have been made. We finally have TV/Cable and Wifi! But, you come to the beach to enjoy the beach... so enjoy it. I bought this little condo while I was studying my graduate degree in Mexico City. I loved it because I'm a traveler. And, as a tourist to Mexico I get to really experience how "real" native Acapulco people live and it gets me out of my bubbled world of high society and comfort zones. I use it on some weekends to go out and surf. It's decorated with my own California beach style along with some 1950’s vibe. My maid lives right there at the complex and she takes care of this condo for me. The micro condo is the tiniest little beach condo; it's "cute" for lack of a better word. I provide my guests with genuine hospitality and personal service. It is not a luxury hotel with grand rooms and formal service. It's cheap and affordable so you can spend your money doing other things. You will find this condo to be a tasteful little styled beach house, beautiful surroundings, and also a local taste of the "real" ACAPULCO while you're driving to the community. That means you'll pass a few bumpy dirt roads... off the beaten path.. and maybe see a cow or two...and see people on bikes or selling their juices on the street. This is an "economically priced" condo in a decent middle class gated community in Mexico. Natives from Acapulco live in the community -- though most are weekend people. This is a "local" community feel and not urban upscale hotel life. This condo is not for the fancy at heart. If you don't mind interacting with the native Acapulco community, who are super friendly, then this condo provides that experience. DISTANCE FROM BEACH: Please note, the map on Airbnb did NOT allow me to pinpoint the exact location of the condo as it is situated in a NEW development, so its give or take 10 minutes from the Punta Diamante Beach area. LOCATION: This condo is located in the new development area known as Punta Diamante or Llano Largo and it is not near the Costera where all the bars and nightclub life rests. However, you can take a collectivo/otherwise known as "taxi cabs" to the Main Costera but it is a good 30 minutes away from where the condo is situated. I usually recommend a car if you rent the condo or get ready to walk 5 minutes to the grand entrance of the community to take "collectivos/taxi cabs" to get around. To make your stay more enjoyable, I'm available to assist you, but I won't be there in person nagging you :) When you stay here I want you to feel at home and enjoy the real Mexican neighborhood. Although my condo is situated within a gated community, I love that when you leave the community, you get the feel of the real local town here --- like fruit and juice stands at the corner, carpenters making their craft, etc. The community has a small park, too. You can take a cab right outside the gates for $12 pesos or like a dollars worth. In 5 minutes by taxi or car you're near the Walmart, Starbucks, Cinema, restaurants, beaches, Fairmont Hotel, and convenient transportation to all parts of the city.
