Palmetto Cottage was adorable and was well equipped. The first week we were there for 4 days the neighbor had a team of arborist taking down several trees and it was very noisy. However after this was completed it was fine and very peaceful. We connected Carol and she promptly notified the neighbor and he was not considerate. Sadly this neighbor recently purchased the property next door without any consideration of others. Perhaps a privacy fence could be installed to make Palmetto Cottage the sweet destination it is. Sadly it is just an investment property for the neighbor and someone not welcomed into the community of Spanish Wells. We have chosen to rent another cottage for next season.

So much was done in the cottage to make a stay convenient and easy. The kitchen is well supplied to cook in, everything was extremely clean and the location is idyllic. Though roomy, the cottage is cozy and very comfortable with plenty of space in and out for everyone. We are looking forward to returning next year!

The Palmetto Cottage was everything we wanted for our first trip to Spanish Wells! Carol was wonderful and provided us with suggestions on transportation to the island and golf cart rental. The cottage was perfect! The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths was just right for our family of 5. The cottage was so well stocked with dishes, cooking supplies and linens. It was very clean and decorated so cute! The beach was just steps away and we loved waking up to the amazing view. Carol answers questions quickly and was extra helpful. Will definitely visit again!
