Dave is a great host. 6 people were very comfortable in this home. Everything was clean and organized. Great communication with host. Amazing pool quiet neighbors. I will rent again in a heart beat. Thanks again Dave!

We chose this air bnb as our first ever family vacation, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with it! Dave was super responsive whenever I had to ask him questions, even in the weeks leading up to our stay. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the house was absolutely beautiful and so clean! We wouldn’t hesitate to use the house again when we come back to Tampa!

Dave was an exceptional host. Quick response to any question. We just loved the location and ease to get to where we wanted to go and visit. Pool area was awesome with afternoon sun which enabled us to comfortably get in the water and get sun. The kitchen had a great utensils for almost every need. As a note, I always bring a knife sharpener due to usually faulty blades. Not at Dave's. After one day, I put my sharpener away. The television situation was great. We needed a little guidance with it upon arrival and Dave not only fixed our questions, he showed up to do it himself. Nice big TV's and ability to use various streaming sites. Never missed a thing and we were able to actually access our own channels we use at home every day. Thanks again Dave! Hope to see you again, even though you're a Boston fan! LOL! Jim & Cheri

Great stay with our family of five. About 20 mins to Busch Gardens and the Tampa Airport. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
