Great spot away from the heavy tourist areas! The walk to Mama's Fish House and perfect snorkeling beach was amazing!

What a gem! Just steps from the beach and tucked away in such a gorgeous and peaceful neighborhood. The little store was a five minute walk away and had great food and amenities and downtown Paia is just a few minutes down the road. The house worked well for our little family plus a set of grandparents and the kitchen was well stocked to cook and grill when we didn’t want to go out to eat. Lots of time lounging in the yard and meandering down to the beach. We even got in at Mama’s Fish House last-minute on two nights! Definitely hoping we can come back.

The house was very clean, big and comfortable. There was a nice beach, 5 minutes walking, where you can snorkeling and see turtles and fishes. The location was great too. Highly recommend!

Menehune House was the perfect place to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. Walking distance to a great little beach for snorkeling and market and downtown Paia was very nice to have dinner & dessert. Not to mention the road to Hana basically starts here and it was such a beautiful drive to spend time at the black sand beach.
