Katie and Scot are great hosts. Always responsive and attentive. You can book a fishing trip with Scot or other activities. If you are in luck you can taste Katie’s cooking, which is amazing. We would like very much to return.

Très bon séjour chez Katie et Scott, tout a été parfait, le logement , l'endroit au calme avec une belle vue , la ballade en bateau avec Scott qui nous à fait découvrir une ile avec une plage magnifique et un petit village de pêcheur . A proximité se trouve la plage ainsi qu'une cascade et une rivière ou l'on peut se baigner et se rafraichir dans le calme de la nature nous étions les seul ! quel bonheur. Nous avons mangé de très bon tacos préparé par Katie. Bref très bon endroit pour se reposer loin de la foule et des hôtes très accueillants et chaleureux. Merci à vous deux.

Worth the drive ! The little house was perfect for our family (2 adults and two kids of 13 and 16 years old). The swimming pool is a big plus at the end of the day ! Environment is really nice with nice beaches at walking distance and a nice walk into the jungle to reach the waterfall or the little river (easy and nice to swim there). The big plus, if possible, were cooking skills from Katie for the first diner and the trip to an island with Scott. The kids, and us, really enjoyed the dolphins play and my daughter enjoyed for the first time Shrimps ! a delightfull stay !

We returned for another wonderful stay in Torio! This place perfectly suited our needs and was very well equipped and thoughtfully prepared for guests! Scott took our family fishing, which was an experience of a lifetime! We’ll be thinking of this place for months to come, and defintiely hope to return!

Katie and Scott were incredibly friendly and helpful! They responded quickly and thoughtfully each time we messaged. The kitchen was well equipped and there was coffee and cold water in the fridge for us when we arrived - a warm and thoughtful gesture. The house was beautifully set up, and worked well for our family. The pool area is just what you need for an afternoon relaxing at home. We travel with small kids, and the expected hazards (ladder to the loft, railing around balcony) were expected (as we saw them in the photos) and we felt, were manageable. We look forward to going back! And hopefully going fishing while are there, too!
