Excellent place

I'll start off by saying the location is great. Cess was accommodating for me having to bring my service dog last minute. Now for the rest. First, getting there and walking to the front of the Trailer I tripped because there was ruts from where they drive to go to the little camper at the conner of the property. My guests and I go in, dropped off our stuff, and go out to eat. Come back and go to use the bathroom and we notice there are only two rolls of half used toilet paper for the master bathroom and the guests bathroom. Next day the lady that takes care of the place comes to check the little camper there. I informed her there wasn't enough toilet paper. She brings two more rolls. We had 10 people staying there. Also told her we needed more towels because there was only 7. Cess contacts me to let me know that they left enough towels for us. That wasn't the case. So we had to go buy more towels. My kids were ready for bed, the pull out sofa had plastic on it and no sheet. So we used my son's blanket he brought to lay it on the plastic so they could sleep. When pulling the cushions off I noticed white stuff on the cushions . There was a white comforter that was draped over a queen mattress in the second bedroom. I pulled it down so my kids could use it. When I pulled it down there was what looked like a blood stain so it hadn't been washed. The master bedding had hair on it and smelled, the same with the second room bedding. In the bunk room the bedding was dirty as well. The guest bathroom shower curtain had black mold on it, I contacted Cess and she said she would have the lady come bring more towels and replace the shower curtain. That never happened. The game room couch had lizard poop all over it so you couldn't sit on it. There is a gazebo but the roof was falling in and the Tiki bar was trashed. Tree limbs all over hanging off the roof. One of the shades had fallen off the front of it and was just laying on a table. There is a concrete bench that is broken in the yard with the pieces laying there. The door leading to the game room had old broken end table with rusted paint cans and trash under it as you walk in. In the master bathroom there is a broken mirror hanging on the wall with red tape holding the broken pieces on. In the kitchen were the window is the top of the framing is leaking and has mold. The red rug in the living room had black sticky stuff on it. I sent her pictures of some of the things wrong but she didn't seem worried. Then today 7-29-22 I get a message saying that due to over booking she needed us out early. We had already left at 6am. In the message I was told to vacuum and put all bedding in the bath tub. I was charged a cleaning fee as well as a dog fee. So I don't understand her asking us to do those things. We stayed a week and paid over $1700 which I think was over priced for what we had and for not having a clean place and the false advertisement.

Nice place on a budget! Fit 5 adults and 4 kids perfectly. Beautiful beaches nearby. The yard at this place was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Owner and manager were very helpful. Thanks for working with us and letting us stay at your home!
