In the heart of Hilo throughout our stay, Cathrine made us feel like a cherished guest in her own home, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Not only did she provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but she also shared invaluable insights about the island, highlighting must-see destinations and hidden gems that made my stay truly unforgettable, recommending the best local spots. Her guidance added an extra layer of magic to my Hilo town experience. Cathrine’s place truly exceeded my expectations and left me with cherished memories that I will treasure for years to come. Cat and Zoe (co-host) are proactive, super responsive hosts. They are both so really nice and helpful. Cat met us when we arrived, helped us settle / feel at home, had a nice hand written note for us, a bowl of fresh produce (the tangerines on her tree are superb). Cat and Zoe had great tips on places to go and things to see. The place is cute, as pictured, with all the listed amenities. We will stay here again if it is available next time we are on the island!

This was our first time in Hawaii but not our first time staying in an Airbnb and this was one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful and very spacious. We felt cozy and right at home. Cat was very welcoming and was always available if we needed something. We came in to beautiful flowers, a thank you/welcome card, and fresh picked fruit from her fruit trees. Cat was an amazing host and we will absolutely be staying here again the next time we come to visit our friends that live in Hilo.

What a wonderful stay! Thank you! When we return to Hilo we would love to stay again! Very central. The house was all we needed and more.
