We arrived very late and just tried to sleep for a few hours and then vacated. There was a terrible odor of sewage (human and/or animal waste) all around the building, in the entrance lobby and inside the apartment. Also there are two cheap through-the-wall air conditioners in the bedroom... They cool, but are much, much noisier than the more typical split units you find everywhere else in Brazil and around the world these days. Also, the host's mother was supposed to "greet" us. But she was very curt. And very reluctant to unlock the second bedroom. (There was a third room, which remained locked.) She also gave us a hard time when we asked for towels and linens... After some "discussion" with my wife in Portuguese... She "found" some in her car and gave them to us. Also, on exiting, she yelled at my wife! Yes, we came in at 3am in the morning on a later flight to MAO... But I had discussed it with the host several days before and he assured me that would not be a problm

Excelente local, restaurante, supermercado, farmácia e vários outros comércios a 100 mts. Tudo muito organizado e anfitrião atencioso. Próximo do aeroporto, climatizado e com um excelente chuveiro. Recomendo.
