A great stay, brilliant place to stay when visiting the Yorkshire wildlife park. Plenty of space for all the family to relax and recharge after a busy day.

Host appeared to have been let down by cleaning service - bathrooms and kitchen were not sufficiently clean and the heating had not been put on, meaning that it was freezing cold when we arrived late at night and didn't warm up until the following day because the storage heaters were cold. Also, insufficient towels and cutlery were provided. Host was responsive, provided extra towels and cutlery and also gave a partial refund in response to our issues, which was appreciated.
