Beautiful place near everything. Walking distance to the beach and the village. Christine was responsive to any questions we had and even allowed us to check out late due to our late flight out of SXM. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The space was perfectly situated off the beach you can hear the sea from the bedroom and the patio. The kitchen was very well equipped. The furnishings were simple, tasteful and comfortable.

If you are visiting Saint Martin/Saint Maarten, we highly recommend staying part or all of your dates in Orient Bay and this cozy, modern, and beautiful condo. We were not happy with our first accommodations and decided to move to Orient Bay and found this awesome place for a last minute booking for 4 nights. Christine, the property manager, was very quick with responses and allowed us to have an early check-in since we were in the island already. She also send a few emails with info about the house, things to do, shops, and restaurants a short walk away. The condo is a short 2 to 3 minute walk to at least 15 restaurants, the beach itself which is beautiful and the view is incredible, good size supermarket, bakery, cheese and deli store, and a bunch of shops/stores. You can't go wrong with this place and can be the perfect hub to tour the island. We look forward to going back in the near future. Thanks Christine.

El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo. No alquilamos auto pero pudimos ir caminando a restaurantes, supermercado y negocios en la zona. La comunicación con el host fue impecable. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y hasta hablaba español! Recomiendo este lugar
