My trip was ruined!! Room was not clean at all. Stains on comforter and hair in the bed. Bathroom was dirty. Very unacceptable being that they do not want to give refunds. This room should be top tier. Management definitely needs to use money to invest in the room. Bed sheets are poor quality and made us itchy. For future reference do not be cheap with your business. The greed of these host will not pay off in the long run !

Nice, clean, and a balcony view. What I expected and it didn't disappoint. We would recommend and stay here again. Valet and all staff was on point too. Thank you for the great memories. :)

No issues with the place. It was great for our week in Vegas. I do wish there was more in the way of kitchen items. I bought a large glass mixing bowl to use during the week and regular sized coffee cups as the ones in the room were very small. The dishes were also pretty small. Would be nice to have more cooking tools and basic spices + oil. I bought salt and pepper and a few others for the room. The coffee pot was really slow-I’m talking 40 minutes to brew 1 cup of coffee. After the first day, I went and bought instant coffee and just heated the water in the microwave. So, if you are a coffee fan-bring your own coffee maker, bring instant coffee, or plan to buy coffee in the Starbucks downstairs. Staff at the resort were friendly and I did like how close the strip was, yet were were a little removed from it. I didn’t love that I was asked to pay $50 cleaning fee for coffee that spilled out of those tiny cups the first day. Hopefully, they decided not to charge me once they washed it.

My stay at the Signature was great! All the people I dealt with were friendly, the place was very clean and neat, and it was exactly as advertised. It was great to have a kitchenette and spacious bathroom, and the separate sleeping and working area was great. Had a balcony which was nice to go outside to get fresh air, or just to wake up. Had a nice view of the Strip. The building was convenient in that it had a bar, a Starbucks, an eatery, a pool, and also a small convenience mart that I used. Walkway to MGM casino was long but nice to have. The only "issue" was not that much of an issue, but sometimes when coming back to the building later than midnight, the valet was full and needed to park at MGM casino (was able to get validated so it was free, but the walk is far and not convenient like the valet is). This happened only twice. The valet staff were great, friendly... and the valet aspect was really nice and convenient. Overall recommend staying here.
