Absolutely loved staying here! The communication, security, and over all area of the Airbnb was great. We were able to walk to many different restaurants, the beach was a 3 minute walk away, and Ubers were cheap since we were in the heart of Punta Cana. I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

The apartment is modern and very close to the beach. However, a new house has now been built in front of it so that the direct sea view is blocked. Unfortunately, the service and facilities are mediocre. We had the following problems: - We were asked for a deposit of 300 USD (this was not in the listing) - Electricity costs extra (not mentioned in the advertisement). The meter is read at the beginning and end of the stay. On our departure day someone came to collect the electricity. He said that they forgot to read the electricity on the first day. However, they wanted to accommodate us by charging an electricity flat rate of 15 USD per day (supposedly the lower end of the average consumption). This would result in costs of 90 USD (6 days x 15 USD). When we insisted on seeing the meter reading, it suddenly appeared. This resulted in electricity costs of 15 USD for our entire stay instead of 15 USD per day. - the kitchen is poorly equipped (no toaster, no microwave, no cooking pots
