We traveled to Concord for a Spartan race and birthday celebration. Having never been to this area, we didn't really know which area was a good one to stay in, we went soley off of Airbnb ratings. Well, let me tell you, Airbnb ratings did not lead us astray! This was the perfect location for us. We walked to Gibson Mills for coffee, lunch, ice cream and some antique shopping. It was only 20 minutes to Porter Farms for the Spartan Race and it was a lovely space to put up some decorations to surprise my friend for her birthday. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great, responsive communication.

Tom’s place provided my family and I with a comfortable home to rest and make memories. We all really enjoyed the Gibson mill across the street!

Very beautiful modern newly renovated home! Grocery stores , restaurants and fun activities are just 3-5 mins away, me my wife and kids really enjoyed our stay. Tom and his wife are really great people! We Will make this our second home every time we’re in Charlotte for business..

Beautifully redone interior. Near a train track which we thought might be an issue but it wasn’t and we actually enjoyed the sound of the train horn. Across the street from a new mill antique mall with food places and shops. Unfortunately we didn't get to visit it because we were so busy but will next time. Will definitely try it again in the future.
