We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the amazing views every day. Spacious and light was a great place to relax. Helpful hosts who quickly rectified any problems with maintenance and checked on our needs often. Apple TV and Wi-Fi excellent and the facilities were exceptional. Great communication with expectations of stay. Fantastic place close and walkable to everything. Lots of dinning close by. The only negative we found was although you are notified of it being located on a working wharf we didn’t realize that when cruise ships are moored their generators are on 24/7 which creates a hum like an idling car which made us appreciate the silence once they left.

In summary, the apartment is is tired but serviceable and the views are great. But I won't stay with the team at pillo ever again The views lovely. The apartment is tired and in need of an update * Well worn flooring in the kitchen * Mould on the blinds in the bedrooms and window frame in the stair well * The shower heads in both bathrooms have weak seals resulting in lower pressure showers * The cabinets in the main bathroom are water damaged * The plunger for the French press was missing * The nespresso machine water tank was mouldy The views are stunning from this apartment. It was well appointed with glassware, cutlery, kitchen appliances and very comfortable couches/ sitting chairs. The contact I had with the team at pillow was often argumentative about how much personal information they wanted against Airbnb policy and advice from the support team.
