First impressions not great. The living room area wasn’t the cleanest. The rug had debris and pet hair on it indicating it wasn’t vacuumed, the couch pillows smelled very bad as well. Lots of animal hair on and under the couch. There were two roaches, one in one of the bathrooms and the other in a bedroom. The towels smelt like dog which had me break out in hives that lasted nearly 2 weeks… we told the host. She promptly responded and had cleaners come the same day we made the complaint. The couch pillows weren’t cleaned, they had just been sprayed with scented aerosol. And had just left the cleaning supplies out for us to put away. The only reason I’m giving this place an extra star is due to the prompt reply. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a soul.

This was a safe place in a quiet neighborhood which was exactly what our family was looking for. The host responded very quickly to an issue with the TV. She was very concerned to meet all our needs. The king size bed was very comfortable, but I will say the towels were below standards.

Great place clean and they are very helpful and responsive. And very comfortable beds wich was a big deal for me and my wife . We both need a comfortable bed or it’s miserable.

Ugochi is a wonderful host!! She was very helpful and checked on us to see if we needed anything multiple times. She responded quickly to all our questions. The place was as described in the listing. The yard is large for kids to run around and there's even a small swing for toddlers. The one problem we faced was that since its close to the creek, we did encounter our fair share of bugs, which Ugochi does mention. Check-in and instructions were simple and easy. Pro-tip: the door is a bit tight so after unlocking it, use a bit of force to push it open. I did tell the host to fix it so that its not quite tight, so you may not face this issue. Overall, a pleasant stay and would stay again!
