The hosts provided an immaculate, well stocked home with thoughtful touches at arrival, including snacks and fridge essentials. The house manual discouraged the use of heat in the bedrooms which led to chilly nights (though ample blankets were provided), and included a lengthy close out list (strip the beds, vacuum/sweep the floors, wipe counters, remove trash and run and empty the dishwasher). This is a bit frustrating when paired with a $150 cleaning fee. The house may not be an ideal layout for some families (the two bedrooms are on different floors) but our three year old was thrilled to have her own floor! It is clear that the hosts take pride in their house and grounds, and it was very nice to enjoy the beauty overall.

We had a great stay in Rosendale! Super impressed by this place, it was beautifully designed and super clean! Close to restaurants and shops, we love going to all the little downtowns in new paltz and Kingston, antique stores, vintage finds and really good food! It was my wife’s 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for our visit, we would definitely stay here again.

The place is even better than it looks in the pictures, more spacious. And super clean. Host was also super accommodating. Would def come back.
