For a first time traveler to Chiang Mai, Supakij was an incredible host. Check in/directions to the place were easy to follow. If you're new to Thailand or traveling on a budget, I'd definitely recommend this location. The host is super friendly, very communicative, beyond generous and pointed out places to see/things to do. There are many nice restaurants and off the beaten path places all within walking distance. During your stay, be sure to check out the Jazz Cafe which is right around the corner. Live music every night, great staff and amazing staff. Definitely worth the trip!

I LOVED MY STAY AT SUPAKIJ's PLACE! I stayed there for a month and felt right at home the moment I stepped inside. The place is very simple, clean and pretty. Everything was complete. Supakij was very very friendly and responsive to all my messages, requests and questions. He was even kind enough to offer to pick me up from the airport, together with his wife. He also helped me check-in and get settled, and even recommended local shops or businesses for me to check out. A, the cleaning lady, is also very efficient and good at her job. Overall, the place was very homey, even the lobby and the surrounding establishments. 10/10 would recommend to others looking for a place to stay for a month! Given the chance, I'm going to book this place again next time.

We booked for a month and ended up adding another one. We were injured from a motorcycle accident when we checked in and the staff was so helpful bringing our belongings up to the 4th floor. The space is perfect for a couple or single traveler. Everything you need. Wi-Fi worked great and Tv did also. Great to have closets to hang up our clothes and the bed was very large. Supakij was a super host 100%. He was very responsive and it was very easy to arrange housekeeping through him. He also made sure we had any questions answered very quickly! Such a kind person and wonderful stay. And such a good deal! I highly recommend

Glad that I rented this place. The apartment matched the description and things rolled smoothly! Good value. Only complaint being that the kitchen table needs a deep clean. Thank you Supak and the cleaning lady! :)

The host is very nice and always ready to help and very responsive. The host make us feel like home. I am very happy with my stay. A very nice room too.
