This is an amazing property in a small village over the road from a great pub and right on the edge of Minsmere nature reserve.

Super cottage for family stay. Location great for Minsmere, wetlands and the sea. Spacious living area, garden furniture limited to bench and tables so you may want to bring own loungers etc if the weather is good.

Lovely place, clean and pretty well equipped. Pub opposite was great and lots of local walks. Nearby Leiston and Saxmundham provided good amenities. Good place to stay.

Great location for a good Adnams pub, lots of parking, great beds, a well heated property and some good quality kit. But, an impersonal service and,as mentioned by others, equipment not on par with others we have rented. E.g a very small dishwasher for a party of eight and a complete lack of wood etc for the log burner.
