Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Größe und ist super gelegen. Allerdings entspricht die Unterkunft nicht mehr den Fotos, sie ist sehr runtergekommen und steht auch zum Verkauf. Der Pool war super dreckig und die Pooltechnik hat nicht funktioniert. Für drei Wochen Aufenthalt gab es nur ein Handtuch. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine haben wir selber gekauft. Es gab keinen Staubsauger oder Wischmop, auch diesen haben wir selbst gekauft. Wir hatten für ein Wochenende keinen Strom, da der Vermieter vergessen hatte die Zähler aufzuladen, somit konnten wir den gesamten Inhalt vom Kühlschrank wegwerfen. Das gleiche hatten wir mit dem Gas, während des Kochens war das Gas leer und es stand keine Ersatzflasche zur verfügung.

It is a nice quiet area and the space felt like you are at home. It is also very convenient for a big family and we were very comfortable.

Pros: lots of room, safe/nice neighborhood, comfortable beds and linens, clean inside, good communication ONLY with whats app, NOT through Airbnb. Cons: our first night we had no hot water because the geyser was switched off. The listing states there is a clothes dryer, but there is not. The owner (?) treated me VERY rudely about this-they said it was a combination washer/dryer and they had never had anyone have any issues using it as a dryer in three years. One of their employees came out and confirmed it was only a washer. House is very basically decorated and supplied. One roll of toilet paper and one set of travel size toiletries per bathroom(we stayed for a week), no dishwasher/washing machine soap (not even just one pod as a starter), no kitchen roll, no oil/salt/pepper (as listed). Cigarette butts all over ground outside as well as bags of yard waste. Not good value for the price and shocking rudeness from the owner or whomever communicated with me via Airbnb.

We had a nice stay in this beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Can easily walk to the beach. The only negative was a very weak Wi-Fi and there was no service during power outages.
