Nice cozy flat in a peaceful area. Nights were quiet. Neighbor upstairs apparently has a small kid, which stayed up little later (not too late) than they usually do, but didn't start the morning running early. (Like they always do :D) So it didn't bother at all. Flat was surprisingly warm, even though the radiators were off and it was max 10°C outside. So this is a good place to go in the winter. The building has two visitor parking slots, but only for 4h. Even on weekends. We parked our car to buildings further along the Lielahdenkatu on a gravel area with no parking signs. The area has a lot of construction going on, because of a new tram line. Which will be ready apparently in 2024 December. Then this place will be much better when you can travel to the center only by tram, if you like trams more than buses like me. The flat has a sauna, but we didn't use it. Shower had only one wall/door instead of two, so it was a bit chilly without sauna. But totally fine when you use sauna. Bedroom had a nice wide bed for two. When it was warmer and we had our balcony door or window open. No noise or smoking coming in on weekend. And the shops etc. are on the other side of the building of the flat. So right next door, but no sound coming in from there either. We didn't cook food, but the kitchen should have all necessary equipment. (except we didn't find any paper towels) We only made breakfast and evening snack. Only thing I was missing in our vacation, was time to walk around Lentävänniemi. I would've wanted to check the area a bit more, but Tampere has so much to see. Maybe another day.
