The place was clean and quiet. There are restaurants and bars nearby…nice area and conveniently located to campus, Victorian Village and more. The home is cute and cozy. The upstairs bedroom is accessible only via the spiral staircase, so that might not be for everyone. The back yard is currently undergoing renovations. There could have been more plates and dishes available since the space accommodates more than 4 people. Quinn was communicative when I had a question. We had an overall good visit!

Overall, we had a good experience. The house is super cute. We enjoyed that the couches pulled out so we could all sleep on the main level. I booked this for my elderly parents who came to town to visit, so it was important to us to have their bedroom and the bathroom on the main level. A few suggestions: since the back yard was not pictured on the listing, we didn’t realize before arrival that there were a couple steps to enter the back door (where the parking area and keypad are located) the steps are uneven heights and there is no handrail. There is also no porch light to the backyard, which made it sort of dangerous with the uneven steps and no handrail. Of course, this might not matter to everyone but I think it’s worth mentioning or including pictures in the listing. It didn’t affect our overall stay as I was there to help my parents into and out of the house, but good info for future visitors. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

It was a little smaller than expected but plenty of space for 8 people. Comfortable furniture, very clean, plenty of restaurants and bars around to walk to or a short 5 min drive.
