We got a message from Wes on the day of checkin that the owner had not responded and he had to cancel our stay. We had to scramble to find another place after we had already gotten to Canada. This wasn’t Wes’ fault but very stressful and we would have appreciated earlier communication/cancellation.

One day before check-in, inform you a no processing, when you want to cancel, there is no respond. Caution before booking.

Great place, everything was as expected with the exception of the main shower being unusable due to no temperature control (burning hot or freezing) and lack of notice for expectation to wash our own towels. Paper provided at check in did not state we were responsible for washing our own towels but to leave them in bathtub when leaving, then received a message that we must wash them - why was this not included in the cleaning fee we paid, does this mean they do not wash sheets between stays? One of our party got a splinter from dining room table by normal use - table should be safe for use by guests.

This was in a great location and a easy check in with the front desk. Underground parking and a pool. The condo was clean and presented well. The only draw back was the lack of a/c. There were portable units in each room but they just didn’t cool things down during the day. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

The place was ok. Smaller than photos made it appear, but big enough for family of 4. Needs maintenance. Window crank broken and one missing, walls and doors beat up a bit, tv in bedroom did not work. Lack of communication from ‘Wes’. I sent a message 2 days before we checked in to inquire about amenities within suite (I.e. what type of coffee maker, so I could make sure I had the right coffee), never did get a response. Only messages I received appeared to be system generated messages. Lack of consistent messaging regarding checkout as well. There was a list of instructions in the suite that said for example throw the used towels in the tub, and to contact ‘Camille’ with questions. But then the day before we checked out, we got a message telling us to wash and dry the towels. They should really state in the ad, that you have to do laundry at the end of your stay. Overall, it was fine for 2 days, but would not stay there again.
