In case you’re worried that this place is a little pricier than what you’re hoping to pay, let me state outright that I originally felt the same — but oh my god was this villa worth every penny (and rupee). We have zero regrets for the four days we spent at this paradise by the best beach in Sri Lanka, Hiriketiya (except for that we didn’t stay longer). The views in photos look amazing, but the actual views in person are even better. Katy from the outset is an incredible communicator who arranges meals, check in, and answers every question. What she doesn’t emphasize enough is that the house comes with a staff of SIX who are waiting on your hand and foot (plus security). Having lived in Sri Lanka before, I was expecting to plan day tours, dinners, tuktuk rides etc myself, but Prageeth and his incredible team at the villa took care of every single thing we could think of. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. What a magical trip, we will be back 100%, thank you!!!

Hiri has to be the perfect place to learn to surf and this house has to be the perfect place to stay to access it. You are a few steps from the water and you can literally pick your moment to hit the waves. The staff are super attentive and will go out of your way to help you. Katy is an amazing host, always quick to respond with helpful and clear instructions. Enjoy!

We simply had the best time ever! Blessed with the amazing staff, the greatest in-house chef and one of the best views in Sri Lanka. The house is incredible, communication went super smooth and all together we give this a 10 out of 10 (and much more if we could). Thank you for this amazing experience and we’ll be back! ❤️
