We, a middle-aged couple, stayed at Josef's place from September 10th until September 23rd, 2022. Checkin went smoothly with a self-service key-lock box. Communication with Josef was always friendly and smooth. The pictures and descriptions for the apartment were mostly accurate. Decoration items (plants, decorative cushions) were missing in comparison to the pictures. The apartment felt a bit empty to us for this reason - there was a good bit of echo when talking as the sound was not really broken by decorative items or more furniture. The mattress and bed were decent enough but the double bed consisted of 2 individual mattresses that tended to drift outwards (as there is no bed frame to keep them in place), forming a gap. Cleanliness could be improved, there were dozens of food moths, coming from open food stuffs left by former tenants - and plenty of other insects. The cutlery and glasses were greasy and we had to clean all of them before being able to use any. The dishwasher worked fine for this and there were dishwasher tabs available in the apartment. Otherwise, kitchen equipment was sparse (a colander, scissors, bottle opener and other useful tools would have been handy). The bathroom was clean with the exception of the shower cabin glass-panels and the washing-basin drain, that needed unclogging. Also, there was no showering curtain, it was very hard to shower without leaving a puddle. The internet connection was very slow during evening hours and weekends (measured as 2 MBit/second), as it's provided only via an LTE router. Mobile work or Netflix was not possible for us - but it was good enough for some basic use to look up maps or touristic destinations. When there was less competition for the bandwidth, I could measure up to 7 MBit/s. The apartment had a dedicated parking lot, which was very useful to us. Generally, we did have a mostly good time - but the few things listed above were putting a dent into the impression for us. Nevertheless, this might have been a once-off slip for all we know - so if you aren't scared by these things, the apartment is well worth it. A supermarket and several restaurants are nearby and the big roads are not far away, making the place ideal as a home base for trips in the region.

Perfect place to stay longterm. Fully equipped, modern and cozy. Parking place, electronics and lots of nice and sweet presents when we arrived. Josef is very hospitable. The communication was always quick and friendly. Would highly recommend this place.
