Very cozy and clean. Only negative was the tenants upstairs were rather noisy late at night. Talked to Amanda and she took care of it.

Amanda was great and always there when needed and was able to get ahold of easily if I had any questions and we loved our place upstairs!!

It was a nice enough space for what we needed. Beds are very very firm so keep that in mind if that makes it hard for you to sleep. Futon is softer.
