There were dead bugs everywhere, a used toothpick on the couch, contact lenses in kitchen sink, no paper towels (to pick up contact lenses and used toothpick). It was not a “tiny home” but a renovated small single wide mobile home. Outside pit had trash in it, the wood was not split to be usable. Part of the outside lighting didn’t work. The porch had sticker weeds around it and unsteady spaced out paving stones (main one missing). You had to walk quite a ways down to the water but the canoes had no seats or foot pegs making them unusable and not safe. Storage awning behind mobile home had an outside light that we couldn’t turn off, no sleeping in that room. We took our stuff out of the cars, looked around, packed back up and left.

Chris was super responsive. The house was exactly as described: clean, well decorated and beautiful surroundings! Would def stay here again!

We loved the location. Check in was a breeze. Chris answered my questions, quickly and very accommodating. I would rent there again.
