The old Pune-Mumbai highway is about 1 km away while the Mumbai - Pune expressway is 5 kms away. Pune city is only 33 kms away. Located very close to the market, but very peaceful and quiet. The WFH enabled apartment is fully furnished as can be seen from the photos. A HOME OFFICE is available with a desk and a rotating office chair for WFH guests.The apartment comprises of: 1. Place is very nice to stay as described. Host is very responsive and ready to help. Local market and restaurants are near by within 1-2 Km. Society is nicely maintained. Love this place to stay.

The stay was delightful, with Sandeep, the host, being exceptionally helpful. The check-in and checkout processes went seamlessly. The location is conveniently close to the Telegoan town center, with all amenities within walking distance. I eagerly anticipate my next stay there.
Once again, it was very comfortable stay at this Airbnb. Everything met the expectations with no room for disappointment. Hosts' co-operative and understanding nature added more peace during the stay. I will strongly recommend this Airbnb. It's like a home away from home.
Stayed at this Airbnb for almost 3 weeks. It’s a full furnished residential apartment with peaceful surroundings. The place has all the amenities as listed and you can easily access the basic necessities in the neighbourhood. Tourist spots like Kamshet and Lonawala are quite nearby, so does Pune city. Uber, Ola, Swiggy and Zomato are available. Separate car parking is provided, which is a big plus. The host is very organised and responsive person. He gives extra effort to make your stay comfortable and is always available on calls/texts. I’d be happy to stay here again if need be.

Located in the neighbourhood of the well-known Rao Colony. The market is within walking distance and has super-markets such as MORE stores and all other essential stores (chemist, groceries, eateries, vegetables etc).
Covered parking in the stilts of the building available for the guests - FREE.
Bus service from Rao Colony to the Talegaon Railway station, Lonavala etc is available. This complex is also serviced by auto-rickshaws which are available in plenty. Talegaon is connected to Pune and Lonavala by local sub-urban train service. Talegaon is also connected to Mumbai as the Deccan Express (Mumbai - Pune - Mumbai) passenger train halts at Talegaon railway station which is just 3 kms away from the complex. The old Pune-Mumbai highway is just 1 km away while the new Pune - Mumbai expressway is 5 kms away. Pune city is just 33 kms away and there are regular buses to and from Pune. Lonavala is around 40 kms away and connected well with a Bus/Train service to Talegaon.
OLA/Uber services are available as are Swiggy/Zomato/Dunzo and all other online shopping deliveries.
